East Greenwich, RI- Earlier today the East Greenwich Police Department release new information regarding the fatal car accident that happened September 7th.
The investigation done by the Detective Division at East Greenwich Police Department and toxicology results from the Rhode Island Department of Health, that Barbara Trojan, 60, of North Kingstown, will be charged with DUI Resulting in Serious Personal Injury and Operating to Endanger Resulting in Physical Injury. According to the press release Ms. Trojan’s attorney has made arrangements for her to turn herself in to the EGPD on Thursday October 3rd. She will be processed and transported to 3rd Division Court to be arraigned.
